Procedure: Guided bone regeneration using a particulate graft under a resorbable membrane, with tension-free primary closure.
Materials: Xenograft particulate with a resorbable collagen membrane
Healing & review: Undisturbed healing for 6 months before re-entry and implant placement.
Outcome: Sufficient ridge width regenerated to place the implant in a prosthetically driven position.
